Vogue
Fashion shoots usually mean long days on set and a variety of people to keep fed and happy. On every shoot we cater for Vogue, the key elements of the brief remain the same: to provide healthy, light food for the models, and to fuel the production team to get them through the hours spent on set. Our high-end hotboxes are packed with protein and veg – for example roast chicken, herby pesto, orzo, spinach leaves and grilled olives – to keep the camera rolling for as long as needed.

Nike
Catering for the Nike team on a two-week campaign shoot was an endurance sport in itself, demanding a full production at all hours of the day. We provided breakfast, lunch, dinner, afternoon tea, drinks, and a tea and coffee service to fuel them throughout the campaign – a marathon rather than a sprint that kept us on our toes and powered Nike over the finish line.

SomeSuch
When it comes to large-scale ad shoots and big production companies, it’s all about timing. With complicated schedules, concrete call times and last-minute changes, Somesuch Productions needed us to be flexible, responsive and most of all, fast when filming for British Airways, Virgin Media and the Paralympics. We rose to the occasion with hotboxes for breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus a tea and coffee service throughout the day, and were able to accommodate shifting dietary requirements at super short notice.
