Great Taste Awards
At the annual Golden Fork Great Taste Awards, the shortlisted products were the star of the show. We transformed them into simple, natural and creative canapés and bowl food that let each ingredient sing, showcased in a seasonal display to give a true taste of autumn. Think a fillet steak bite with chimichurri using Wyndford Wagyu Denver Steak, conchiglie with Silver Hill confit duck legs, and a cheese sable with Durrus Óg Cheese. Our lightning-fast team served it all up to 250 people in just 30 minutes in a limited space, making it look as effortless as falling leaves.

CASE STUDY 02
Aesop
Aesop is a brand built on the principles of simplicity, wild beauty and nature – so its in-house events need to communicate the same ethos. As its trusted catering partner, we design unfussy, hearty dishes that reflect this vision, including fully vegetarian menus. For its summer celebration, we dreamed up a wholesome sharing feast with seasonal leaves, vegetables and produce, set up marquee-style in the grounds of the Museum of the Home.

CASE STUDY 03
Nikon
The dark, moody, warehouse environment of Printworks demands an equally dramatic concept. For Nikon’s three-day team event, we created an interactive supper at scale for 300 people, providing not only catering but also event management support from day to night. A banquet in the main hall, lit by a long, neon, strobe light, suggested the flashbulb pop of a camera, and interactive masterclasses we hosted with mixologists invited guests to make bespoke branded cocktails. We also provided snacks, lunchboxes and canapés across all three days of the event.

Yahoo x MAKERS
As part of Yahoo’s strategy of creating female led conversations, on Thursday 23rd May 2024, Yahoo x MAKERS hosted their first London event, a women in media forum. Yahoo wanted to provide guests something to take home, so we created goodie bags filled with healthy snacks. The brief, to create desserts that complimented the female cycle. Dinner Ladies created a menu that complimented the format of the event. Creating a seasonal breakfast, lunch and light snacks buffet that consisted of hearty options to fuel guests and the panel.
